I saw a little bit of the presser, Jarmo was in full PR mode of course , he seemed to brush off the fact and with good reason, this team will be or has gotten better, realistically, they are a bubble team as of today to make the playoffs, they will be on the outside looking in. Alot will play heavily on if Korpi can progress from last year, and if Elvis is indeed the Latvian wall. Up front, Nyquist is no Bread but pretty much the equivalent to Zuccs, he will shore up the second line. PLD will have to take it to the next step, Andy will need another 25 goal season ,Atkinson will have to be the trigger man. And hey Texier and Bemstrom are wild cards.

Offensively I think the team will be fine too. I like the lineups. Young stars are solid and could thrive with some extra ice time/larger role. I like PLD next season.
Goaltending is a big question mark for sure. How many times did Bob bail these guys out down the stretch last year? Goaltending needs to be SOLID for this team to even be on the bubble.

Bob came into his own pretty much towards the end of the season, at times Korpi had to bail out Bob on bad streaks.
